                                                          SELF ASSESSMENT

I have learned a lot of new grammar this year, also new vocabulary and culture from other countries. This year has been a bit difficult for me but I think I will approve, but it has helped me to learn more English than in the other three years. My favorite project has been to tell the memories of these four years, I think that speaking without having a paper in front of me, my shame disappeared. I want to thank all my English teachers for helping me

HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIES

FIRST YEAR

I remember my first day, I was very excited because it was a totally different place with different teachers , subjects and classmates because they changed me and also my friends and I didn´t know with which partners I was going to be, if I was going to get along with them or not , but It was a good day because I made a lot of friends but I was nervous and I was a bit scared for the older partners fourth of the high school.
The first year was great I adapted quickly and the marks were good, there are some funny projects like the Halloween project in English class but the better was the project that we had to represent ´´A Midsummer Night's Dream´´ it was so funny also because we were wearing a costume and sometimes it was hard not to laugh; the teacher responsible for organizing it was Beatriz and she was my tutor, she was the one who leave a mark on me and helped me a lot in English.

SECOND YEAR

My second year didn´t have anything special, I had many new subjects and I had to study more, especially with English that was more difficult and I had a new teacher, that year I had to recover English in September

THIRD YEAR

My third year has probably been the best of all, I liked very much the classmates who were in my class and we all had a good relationship, also in the classrooms we were alone from the center and we did what we wanted, apart from touching me with many friends that I already had I met with people who had never taken me and thanks to that we are now good friends, excursions such as Madrid and Segovia was where I had better pass. This year Inma leave a mark on me, she was the initiative teacher. It was good if that year we did the English week but it wasn´t possible, I love the music classes with Gema, my favorite project was to make an advert, I had a great time, I had to work very hard on mathematics since the year because they were difficult but in the end I approved them, the bad thing about that year is that I had to recover English again in September.

FOURTH YEAR

This is my fourth and last year in this center, this fourth year is also one of the best, I really like the classmates I have and subjects such as Economics, History, English and Physical Education I'm really enjoying it, I hope to finish this year by approving all have a good summer

I would also like to thank all the teachers who were interested in me for real and made me learn.

I want to thank all my classmates and my friends for improving me as a person and for all the good times I experienced as the end-of-year trip that united us all; moments like the soccer game on the beach, those nights , the walks in shorts at five in the morning, the broken beds, the nights on the floor minus one .. summarizing thank you for making these four years great because this will remind you all your life

A HEALTHY and BALANCED diet would have to be a daily diet that respects the different nutritional needs that our body has, which in turn must adapt to the calories that the person needs (depending on their stature and physical build).
In my case I had to add many pieces of fruit as it never took 5 pieces of fruit daily, increase the CH and improve the breakfasts by removing pastries.

P.E. WORK

1. Explain in detail the aerobic and anaerobic metabolism and comment on the differences between them.

Anaerobic metabolism is the creation of energy through the combustion of carbohydrates in the absence of oxygen. This occurs when your lungs cannot put enough oxygen into the bloodstream to keep up with the demands of your muscles for energy. It generally is used only for short bursts of activity, such as when you go for a sprint when running or cycling or when you are lifting heavy weights.
When there isn't enough oxygen in the bloodstream, glucose and glycogen cannot be fully broken down to carbon dioxide and water. Instead, lactic acid is produced, which can build up in the muscles and degrade muscle function.
Aerobic metabolism is the way your body creates energy through the combustion of carbohydrates, amino acids, and fats in the presence of oxygen. Combustion means burning, which is why this is called burning sugars, fats, and proteins for energy. Aerobic metabolism is used for the sustained production of energy for exercise and other body functions. Examples of exercises that use aerobic metabolism include walking, running, or cycling with sustained effort.
Your body will often switch between aerobic and anaerobic metabolism during sports and exercise activities that require short bursts of sprints as well as sustained jogging, such as in soccer, tennis, and basketball.

Anaerobic Metabolism vs. Aerobic Metabolism

Anaerobic metabolism is not as efficient as aerobic metabolism. A molecule of glucose can only produce three ATP molecules under anaerobic metabolism, while it produces 39 with aerobic metabolism. ATP is what fuels the muscles.
Anaerobic metabolism can only use glucose and glycogen, while aerobic metabolism can also break down fats and protein. Intense bouts of exercise in the anaerobic zone and in the red-line zone with a heart rate over 85 percent of your maximum heart rate will result in using anaerobic metabolism to fuel the muscles.
While your body will naturally use the energy pathways that will best get the job done, you have a choice in how strenuously you exercise. Training programs for different sports and activities are designed to make the best use of aerobic and anaerobic metabolism.
