SELF -ASSESSMENT
In this term reading, writing , listening and grammar notes are good but I have to study more the vocabulary and the translation the next term ; also I have to practise more the speaking presentation

cheer up - become or make someone happier
slow down - started to do something less fast
face up to - accept that a difficult situation exists
open up - talk about how you feel
